Pay (plus bonuses)
We start by giving you a highly attractive basic salary. We have bands, but there's a lot of flexibility… so we'll take into account the nature of the role, as well as your skills and experience. On top of this, everyone has the chance to earn more by putting in 'extra'. So you can earn a bonus for individual, team and company performance. Reach or exceed your targets for example, and you can expect to receive between 10% and 30% of salary - extra! Nice.

Generous Holiday Entitlement
You'll receive between 22 and 30 days paid holiday a year, depending on your role and length of service.

Shares
We want you to share in our success (we like smiling people). We won't go into detail here, but there are various schemes where you'll receive either shares or share options. It's hugely popular. Largely because it can be hugely profitable for our colleagues.

Flex Benefits

Academy forms our template for development - an open learning approach which is fun, dynamic and delivers bespoke solutions tailored to individual needs. Allows individuals to have a clear development plan linked to career progression and opportunities. We have introduced functional academies for every part of the business which are designed specifically to give colleagues the technical tools to be effective in their present role.

Sitting alongside the functional academies and Retail Leadership Academy is the Xtra Stretch Portfolio which has been designed to meet the needs of retail colleagues who are seen as rapidly progressing in the business and need more stretching development to support their career progression to realise their potential.
